| Abstract | Baš kao što se odrasli ljudi služe jezikom kako bi se sporazumjeli, tako je osnovno sredstvo komunikacije među djecom igra. S obzirom da je igra opća potreba svakog djeteta, uvidjet ćemo da ona nije samo način zabave kao što većina misli. Naime, igra je jedan od načina na koji se djeca nose sa stresnim situacijama te kroz nju lakše izražavaju svoje misli i osjećaje. Sukladno s time, u ovom radu pokušat ćemo opisati sve pogodnosti koje igra pruža ponajprije djeci, ali i odraslima. Cilj rada jest prikazati pozitivne aspekte igre u terapijskom kontekstu. U radu ćemo detaljno objasniti sam proces terapije te sredstva i metode kojima se terapeuti služe tijekom terapije igrom. Pri procesu terapije igrom koriste se razne igračke (lutke, plišane igračke, pijesak i sl.) kroz koje dijete na neki način izražava svoje emocije, želje, probleme i strahove koje ne može izraziti kroz razgovor. Uzevši u obzir raznovrsnost materijala koju terapija igrom podrazumijeva, u radu ćemo se dotaknuti i pojma art terapije. S obzirom da najvažniju ulogu u životu djeteta ima roditelj, valja naglasiti i važnost sudjelovanja roditelja u procesu terapije. Tu dolazimo do filijalne terapije igrom koja se bavi upravo tim pitanjem. |
| Abstract (english) | Just as adults use language to communicate, the basic means of communication among children is play. Since play is a general need of every child, we will find that it is not just a way of having fun as most people think. Namely, play is one of the ways in which children cope with stressful situations, and through it, they can more easily express their thoughts and feelings. Accordingly, in this paper, we will try to describe all the benefits that play provides primarily to children but also to adults. The aim of this paper is to present the positive aspects of play in a therapeutic context. In this paper, we will explain in detail the process of therapy and the means and methods that therapists use during play therapy. In the process of play therapy, various toys (dolls, plush toys, sand, etc.) are used through which the children in some way express their emotions, desires, problems, and fears that they cannot express through conversation. Taking into account the variety of materials that play therapy implies, we will also consider the concept of art therapy. Given that the most important role in the child's life is played by the parent, the importance of parental participation in the therapy process should be emphasized. Filial play therapy focuses precisely on this issue. |
