Abstract

Za normalno funkcioniranje svakog ljudskog tijela i organizma, od presudne je važnosti tjelesna aktivnost. Uslijed nedovoljne tjelesne aktivnosti, dolazi do različitih zdravstvenih problema te je iz tog razloga važno upozoriti ljude oko sebe na važnost kretanja. Navedeno je iznimno važno za rast i razvoj djece, a iz razloga što upravo manjak fizičke, odnosno tjelesne aktivnosti može prouzročiti znatne tegobe i poteškoće u budućnosti. Upravo je iz tog razloga, kao tema ovog završnog rada, odabrana tema kineziološke aktivnosti djece predškolske dobi. U radu će se detaljno pojasniti važnost, načini i upotreba kinezioloških aktivnosti na razvoj djece predškolske dobi te će se iznijeti istraživanje mišljenja roditelja djece predškolske dobi o ovoj tematici. U radu se također izdvaja uloga i važnost odgojitelja u samom procesu razvoja djece te na koji način mogu poticati djecu na tjelesnu aktivnost.

Abstract (english)

For normal functioning of every human body and organism, it is a matter to be physically active. When there is not enough of physical activity, it is not a rare outcome that a pereson has different health issues. For that matter, it is important to let other people know how physical activity is important, especially for staying healthy. Not to mention how important it is for helath and growth of the children, especially because of the reason that lack of physical activity can lead to many difficulties in the future. Just for that reason, as the theme of this final paper, it was chosen theme of kinsesiological activities of children at the preschool age. In this paper, it will be explained in detail about importance, ways and using kinesiological activities for development and growth of thee children. Also, it will be shown, through a research, what parents think about this matter. Educators in kindergardens have an important role in this paper as it is explained about their role and importance through the process of children growth.
