Abstract

U ovom radu istražit ću uzroke pretilosti, metode prevencije i kako pomoći djetetu koje je pretilo. Pretilost je postala globalna epidemija i jedan od najvećih javnozdravstvenih problema današnjice. Debljina je posljednjih godina sve češći problem djece i mladih, a može imati ozbiljne posljedice na njihovo zdravlje, pravilan rast i razvoj. Cilj i svrha ovog rada s temom „Pretilost djece u predškolskoj dobi“ je razjasniti pojam pretilosti, važnost tjelesne aktivnosti, zdravu i uravnoteženu prehranu. Važno je znati da prevencija pretilosti počinje planiranjem i prehranom prije i tijekom trudnoće. Ubrzan način života, nezdrava prehrana i nedovoljna tjelesna aktivnost glavni su uzroci pretilosti kod djece.

Abstract (english)

In this work, I will explore the causes of obesity, methods of prevention and how to help a child who is obese. Obesity has become a global epidemic and one of the biggest public health problems today. Obesity has been an increasingly common problem for children and young people in recent years, and it can have serious consequences for their health, proper growth and development. The aim and purpose of this work with the topic „Obesity of preschool children" is to clarify the concept of obesity, the importance of physical activity, and a healthy and balanced diet. It is important to know that obesity prevention begins with planning and nutrition before and during pregnancy. A fast-paced lifestyle, unhealthy diet and insufficient physical activity are the main causes of obesity in children.
