Abstract

Promjene u obrazovanju su uvjetovane pojavom informacijskokomunikacijskih tehnologija koje su postale sastavnim dijelom obrazovanja, što pred učitelje stavlja novi zahtjev u vidu potrebe za novim kompetencijama. Najvažniji faktor cijelog odgojno-obrazovnog procesa je kvalitetan učitelj koji neprestano radi na vlastitom usavršavanju. Cilj je ovog istraživanja utvrditi razinu poznavanja i korištenja Web 2.0 alata u razrednoj nastavi s obzirom na godine učitelja, godine staža i područje (gradsko ili seosko) u kojem rade. Web 2.0 alati omogućuju suradničko pisanje, kao i suradničko učenje, a moguće ih je implementirati u sve oblike izvannastavnih aktivnosti i koristiti ih kao nadopunu klasičnoj nastavi, te se tako učenje odvija kroz suradnju i stvaranje vlastitog znanja. Istraživanje je provedeno na uzorku od 70 učiteljica i 2 učitelja, 52 učitelja s područja grada i 20 učitelja s područja sela. Utvrđeno je kako na razini značajnosti 5,00% ne postoji statistički značajna razlika u starosnoj dobi učitelj a, godinama staža ili području rada u odnosu na korištenje Web 2.0 alata u nastavi.

Abstract (english)

The changes in the educational system are conditioned by the appearance of the informational-communicational technology, which has become integral part of the education, and that is something that gives new challenges to the teachers, regarding new competence. The most important factor of the entire educational system is a teacher ready to work on his or her professional development. The main goal of this research is to determine the level of knowledge and usage of the Web 2.0 tool in elementary school education, regarding the teachers age, years of working experience and the area they work in (country or a city). Web 2.0. tools enable cooperative writing, and also cooperative learning. It is also, possible to implement those tools in every form of extracurricular activities and to use them as an anaddition to regular education. That way, the teaching is taking place through cooperation and creating one's own knowledge. This research has been carried out on a pattern of 70 female and 2 male teachers, of which 52 are from an urban and 20 are from rural area. It has been determined that there is no statistical differences ,on a significant level of 5,00%, in the age of a teacher, years of working experience and the area they work in, in the usage of Web 2.0 tools in an educational system.
