Abstract

Cilj istraživanja bio je utvrditi postoje li alternativne metode u liječenju djece s autizmom. Djeca s dijagnosticiranim autizmom najčešće pohađaju specijalne škole s drugačijim nastavnim planom i programom, međutim u našoj zemlji, zbog socio-ekonomskih uvjeta, to je znatno otežano. Djeca s mentalnim ili tjelesnim poteškoćama izolirana su u zajedničkom obrazovnom okruženju. Fokus ove studije bio je pokušati pomoći i unaprijediti metode koje mogu, zauzvrat, pomoći u rehabilitaciji i liječenju djece s mentalnim i fizičkim poteškoćama koje autizam često ostavlja na dijete. Socijalna uključenost u redovne ustanove ima dva jasna cilja. Prvi je poštivati pravo svih članova zajednice da u potpunosti sudjeluju u njenom svakodnevnom ţivotu. a drugi cilj je poboljšati kvalitetu socijalne interakcije i akademskog razvoja djece kroz svakodnevni kontakt s djecom u tipičnom razvoju s vršnjacima. Cilj ovog završnog rada jest istražiti autizam kod djece predškolske dobi kao i načine koji pomaţu u njegovom uspješnom liječenju.

Abstract (english)

The aim of the research was to determine if there are alternative methods in the treatment of children with autism. Children diagnosed with autism most often attend special schools with a different curriculum, however, in our country, due to socio-economic conditions, this is much more difficult. Children with mental or physical disabilities are isolated in a common educational environment. The focus of this study was to try to help and improve methods that can, in turn, help in the rehabilitation and treatment of children with the mental and physical disabilities that autism often leaves in childhood. Social inclusion in regular institutions have two clear goals. The first is to respect the right of all members of the community and to have fully participation in its daily life. and the second goal is to improve the quality of social interaction and academic development of children through daily contact in typical development with their peers. The goal of this final thesis is to investigate autism at preschool children as well as ways that help in its successful treatment.
