Abstract U ovom diplomskom radu govori se o aerobici i njezinom pozitivnom utjecaju na razvoj antropoloških i drugih funkcionalnih sposobnosti nižih razreda osnovnoškolskog obrazovanja. Aerobika je podvrsta fitnessa koja se pojavila osamdesetih godina dvadesetog stoljeća u Americi. Njezina glavna uloga je utjecaj na rad krvožilnog i dišnog sustava vježbača. Postoji nekoliko vrsta aerobike, a svaka vrsta ima svoje karakteristične korake. U radu su navedeni koraci aerobike niskog i visokog intenziteta, a pobliže su objašnjeni koraci klasične aerobike. Svaki sat aerobike sastoji se od tri dijela; uvodnog, glavnog i završnog dijela, a traje šezdeset minuta. Sastavan element aerobike je glazba. Ona je jedan od glavnih čimbenika zašto se aerobika kao tjelesna aktivnost proširila brzo diljem zemalja cijeloga svijeta. Glazba povezuje kretanje u cjelinu, ali i utječe na vježbače motivacijski te u njima budi pozitivne emocije. Postoji nekoliko različitih ciljeva aerobike, a u ovom radu navedeni su: motoričko-funkcionalni, zdravstveni, estetski i socio-psihološki ciljevi. Diljem zemalja cijeloga svijeta postoje brojna istraživanja o pozitivnom utjecaju aerobike na one koji ju provode. Neki od pozitivnih utjecaja su: razvoj koordinacije, poboljšanje akademskog uspjeha, smanjeno izražavanje ljutnje, pospješen rad metabolizma, rast samopouzdanja i drugi. Nadalje, postoje istraživanja koja dokazuju da aerobika kao tjelesna aktivnost ima sve preporuke za održavanje na satu tjelesne i zdravstvene kulture u osnovnoškolskom sustavu. Neke države poput Švedske i Gruzije te države Sjedinjenih Američkih Država organizirale su programe aerobike u osnovnim školama i pozitivnim rezultatima se uvjerile da je vrijedna promicanja u školskom sustavu. Usporedno tim državama, u Hrvatskoj se u Kurikulumu Tjelesne i zdravstvene kulture osnovnih škola aerobika preporučuje samo i tek u šestom razredu. Aerobika je tjelesna aktivnost koju mogu provoditi svi uzrasti, ali se preporučuje njezino provođenje već i u ranoškolskom uzrastu zbog njezinog pozitivnog utjecaja na muskulaturu i fizionomiju.
Abstract (english) This thesis paper discusses aerobics and its positive impact on the development of anthropological and other functional abilities of lower graders of primary school education. Aerobics is a subtype of fitness that appeared in the eighties of the twentieth century in America. Its main role is to influence the work of the exerciser's circulation and respiratory system. There are several types of aerobics, and each has its own characteristic steps. The paper lists the steps of low and high intensity aerobics, and the steps of classical aerobics are explained more in detail. Each aerobic class consists of three parts; introductory, main and final part. It lasts for sixty minutes. An integral element of aerobics is music. It is one of the main factors why aerobics spread so rapidly as a physical activity throughout the countries all around the world. Music connects movements into a whole, but also influences the exercisers motivationally and awakens positive emotions in them. There are several different goals of aerobics, and in this paper the following are listed: motor-functional, health, aesthetic and socio-psychological goals. Across the countries of the world, there are numerous studies on the positive imapct of aerobics on those who practice it. Some of the positive effects are: development of coordination, improvement of academic performance, reduced expression of anger, improved metabolism, growth of self-confidence and others. Furhermore, there are studies that prove that aerobics as a physical activity has all the recommendations for taking place in physical and healtheducation classes in the elementary school system. Some countries such as Sweden, Georgia and the United States of America have organized aerobics programs in elementary schools and have convinced themselves with positive results that it is worth promoting in the school system. Compared to those countries, in Croatia, in the Physical and Health Culture Curriculum of elementary schools, aerobics is recommended only in the sixth grade. Aerobics is a physical activity that can be performed by all ages, but it is recommended to perform it even in early school age because of its positive impact on musculature and physiognomy.
