Abstract

Cilj ovog rada je provjeriti utjecaj dvomjesečnog pojačanog vježbanja kinezioloških kretnji u zadanom ritmu na uspješnost njihova izvođenja.
Istraživanje je provedeno na uzorku od trinaestero djece predškolskog uzrasta u dobi od 4.7 do 6.3 godina. Za potrebe istraživanja korištena je dvorana dječjeg vrtića. Djeca su ispitana inicijalnom i finalnom provjerom pomoću četiri motorička testa i to: hodanje u zadanom ritmu, skok sunožno u mjestu u zadanom ritmu, skok s noge na nogu u zadanom ritmu i hodanje u čučnju u zadanom ritmu. Djeca su zadane kretnje izvodili uz mjeriteljičinu pratnju pljeskom i pjevanjem prve strofe pjesmice „Juri, juri vlak“. Prije inicijalnog mjerenja djeci su objašnjeni i demonstrirani zadaci, a imali su mogućnost probnog pokušaja. Za provjeru razlika u rezultatima između inicijalnog i finalnog mjerenja korišten je t-test za zavisne uzroke. Testom je ispitano postoji li značajnije odstupanje u rezultatima finalnog, u odnosu na inicijalno mjerenje. Rezultati su pokazali značajno poboljšanje u svim mjerenim varijablama, na razini značajnosti od (p=0.00).

Abstract (english)

The aim of this work is to verify the effects of a two-month intensified exercise of kinesiology movements in a specific rhythm on the success of their performance.
The study was conducted on a sample of thirteen preschool children aged 4.7 to 6.3 years. The hall of the kindergarten was used for the study. The children were subjected to an initial and final check, during which four motor test were performed: walking in a given rhythm, jumping barefoot in a given rhythm, jumping from one foot to the other in a given rhythm, and walking in a squat position in a given rhythm. The children performed the given movements accompanied by the measurer by clapping and singing the first verse of the song "Juri, juri vlak." Before the initial measurement, the tasks were explained and demonstrated to the children, and they had the possibility of a mock trial attempt. To examine the differences in the results between the initial and final measurements, a dependent t-test was used. The test examined whether there was a significant difference in the results of the final measurement compared to the initial measurement. The results showed a significant improvement in all measured variables, at a significance level of (p=0.00).
