Abstract

Cilj ovog rada je ispitati efekte štafetnih igara iskazane vrijednostima pulsa. Istraživanje je provedeno na 12 ispitanika (7 djevojčica, 5 dječaka) učenika četvrtih razreda osnovne škole u Zagrebu. Mjerenje je izvršeno pomoću mjerača broja srčanih otkucaja (pulsmetra) Geonaute, a provedeno je tijekom sata Tjelesne i zdravstvene kulture. Istraživanje se temeljilo na tri štafetne igre, koje su se razlikovale po svojim sadržajima, a odnosile su se na trčanje između čunjeva, vođenje lopte između čunjeva i skakanje preko niskih markera. Dobiveni rezultati pokazali su statistički značajan porast vrijednosti frekvencije srca u sve tri štafetne izvedbe što ukazuje na pozitivne efekte sadržaja štafetnih igara.

Abstract (english)

The aim of this paper is to examine the effects of relay games expressed by pulse values. The research was conducted on 12 respondents (7 girls, 5 boys) of fourth-grade elementary school students in Zagreb. The measurement was carried out using a Geonaut heart rate monitor (pulse meter), and was carried out during the Physical and Health Education class. The research was based on three relay games, which differed in their contents, and related to running between cones, guiding the ball between cones and jumping over low markers. The obtained results showed a statistically significant increase in the value of the heart rate in all three relay performances, which indicates the positive effects of the content of the relay games.
