Abstract

Tjelesna aktivnost i kretanje kod djece od izrazite su važnosti za njihov rast i razvoj. Od ranog djetinjstva važno je redovito i sustavno provoditi tjelesne aktivnosti zbog povoljnog utjecaja na antropološki status djece. Odgojitelji imaju ključnu ulogu u odabiru aktivnosti na satu kineziološke kulture. Pripremni dio sata važan je kako bi pripremio dijete za daljnje opterećenje na satu. Odabirom različitih opće pripremnih vježbi povećavamo ili smanjujemo fiziološko opterećenje djece. Na fiziološko opterećenje utjecaj ima i intenzitet vježbanja, broj ponavljanja i redoslijed vježbi.
Cilj ovog istraživanja bio je ustanoviti utječu li opće pripremne vježbe s pomagalima na fiziološko opterećenje djece rane i predškolske dobi. Također se želio utvrditi utjecaj spola na fiziološko opterećenje djece prilikom izvođenja opće pripremnih vježbi. Istraživanje je provedeno na uzorku od 20 djece starosti 4 godine s jednakim udjelom ženske i muške djece. Fiziološko opterećenje provjerilo se mjerenjem vrijednosti pulsa prije i nakon provođenja opće pripremnih vježbi s pomagalima. Rezultati istraživanja potvrđuju postavljene hipoteze, odnosno potvrđuju da opće pripremne vježbe imaju statistički značajan utjecaj na fiziološko opterećenje djece te da razlika fiziološkog opterećenja po spolu nije statistički značajna. Treba poticati provedbu opće pripremnih vježbi na satu tjelesne i zdravstvene kulture, ali i u nekim drugim aktivnostima poput jutarnje tjelovježbe.

Abstract (english)

Physical activity and movement in children is extremely important for their growth and development. It is important to regularly and systematically carry out physical activities from early childhood due to the favorable influence on the anthropological status of children. Educators have a key role in choosing activities in the kinesiology culture class. The preparatory part of the lesson is responsible for preparing the child for further workload in the lesson. By choosing different general preparatory exercises, we increase or decrease the physiological load of children. The intensity of the exercise, the number of repetitions and the order of the exercises also influence the physiological load.
The aim of this research was to determine whether general preparatory exercises with aids affect the physiological load of early and preschool children. Also to determine the influence of gender on the physiological load of children when performing general preparatory exercises. The research was conducted on a sample of 20 children, at the age of 4, with an equal proportion of female and male children. The physiological load was checked by measuring the pulse value before and after conducting general preparatory exercises with aids. The research results confirm the set hypotheses. That is, they confirm that general preparatory exercises have a statistically significant impact on the physiological load of children and that the difference in physiological load by gender is statistically insignificant. Therefore, the implementation of general preparatory exercises should be encouraged in the physical and health education class, as well as in some other activities such as morning exercise.
