Abstract

Rad se temelji na upoznavanju poremećaja iz spektra autizma u koje ubrajamo Kannerov sindrom, atipični autizam, Rettov sindrom te Aspergerov sindrom. Na razvoj djece u više razvojnih područja moguće je na pozitivan način djelovati upotrebom glazbe koja je u životu svakog čovjeka prisutna svakodnevno, a utječe na čovjekovo funkcioniranje i raspoloženje. Muzikoterapija, to jest
glazbena terapija koristi se u radu s djecom koja imaju poremećaj iz spektra autizma i u svim dobnim skupinama. Važno je praćenje djece te djelovanje sukladno njihovim mogućnostima, ali i dječjim interesima kako bi ona aktivnije sudjelovala u aktivnostima. Tehnike koje se koriste tijekom glazbene terapije su pjevanje, improvizacijska tehnika, ples te aktivno i pasivno slušanje glazbe i vođena imaginacija. Rad s djecom mora za njih predstavljati igru i mora biti fleksibilan. U radu će biti opisan sam pojam glazbene terapije, kao i utjecaj glazbe na čovjeka i na djecu s poremećajem iz spektra autizma te će biti prikazana dosadašnja istraživanja o djelovanju glazbene terapije na razvoj djece s autizmom.

Abstract (english)

The work is based on understanding autism spectrum disorders, including Kanner's syndrome, atypical autism, Rett syndrome, and Asperger's syndrome. It is possible to positively impact the development of children in various developmental areas through the use of music, which is present in everyone's daily life and affects a person's functioning and mood. Music therapy is used in working with children who have autism spectrum disorders across all age groups. It is important
to monitor children and act in accordance with their abilities and interests to encourage their active participation in activities. Techniques used in music therapy include singing, improvisational techniques, dance, as well as active and passive listening to music and guided imagination. Working with children should be seen as play and must be flexible. This work will describe the concept of music therapy, the influence of music on individuals, and on children with autism spectrum disorders. It will also present existing research on the impact of music therapy on the development of children with autism.
