Abstract

Primarni cilj ovoga rada jest utvrđivanje učestalosti provođenja sati tjelesne i zdravstvene kulture. Istraživanje je provedeno na uzorku od 107 odgajatelja. Anketnim su upitnikom provedena pitanja o učestalosti provedbe sata tjelesne i zdravstvene kulture, razlozi za eventualno neprovođenje istog te pitanja o provedbi jutarnje tjelovježbe. 39,3% ispitanika tjelesnu i zdravstvenu kulturu provodi jednom ili niti jednom tjedno, a njih 30,8% tjelesnu i zdravstvenu kulturu provode dva puta tjedno. Kao glavni razlog neodržavanja sati tjelesne i zdravstvene kulture navode se nedostatak prostora za vježbanje, sredstava i pomagala.

Abstract (english)

The primary goal of this study is to determine the frequency of physical and health education. The research was conducted on a sample of 107 educators. The questionnaire included questions about the frequency of conducting physical and health education classes, reasons for any non-implementation, and questions about morning exercise. 39.3% of the respondents conduct physical and health education once a week or less, while 30.8% of them do so twice a week. The main reason for not conducting physical and health education classes is cited as a lack of space for exercise, resources, and equipment.
