Abstract

U ovome radu spominjat će se važnost art terapije te njezine primjene u predškolskom odgoju i obrazovanju. U prvom dijelu rada govorit će se o povijesti i nastanku same art terapije, njezinom razvitku, gdje je započela te kako se primjenjuje danas. Definirat će se sam pojam art terapije, njezine specifičnosti i načela. Prikazat će se mogućnosti i načini komunikacije kroz art terapiju između djece i odraslih. Govorit će se koliko boje imaju svjesni, odnosno nesvjesni utjecaji kod pojedinca te koliko je važan način izražavanja.
U drugom dijelu rada bit će opisan praktični dio koji je odrađen u dječjem vrtiću Budinščina. Provedeno je šest aktivnosti u istoj mješovitoj odgojnoj skupini u kojoj su bila djeca od 4 do 6 godina starosti. Kroz provedene aktivnosti uviđamo jedinstveno likovno izražavanje kod svakog djeteta, otvorenost prema trenutnim osjećajima, njihovu različitost u likovnim interesima te elemente svjesnog i nesvjesnog značenja njihovog rada.
Cilj rada je ukazati važnost art terapije u radu s djecom predškolskog uzrasta radi boljeg razumijevanja djeteta, upravo zato što im je ponekad, kroz likovno izražavanje lakše iskazati njihovo razmišljanje, osjećaje, te uvidjeti njihove potencijalne brige.

Abstract (english)

This paper will mention the importance of art therapy and its application in preschool education. The first part of the paper will talk about the history and origin of art therapy itself, its development, where it started and how it is applied today. The very concept of art therapy, its specificities and principles will be defined. The possibilities and ways of communication through art therapy between children and adults will be presented. It will be discussed how much color has a conscious or unconscious influence on an individual and how important the way of expression is.
The second part of the paper will describe the practical part that was carried out in the Budinščina kindergarten. Six activities were carried out in the same mixed educational group with children from 4 to 6 years old. Through the activities carried out, we see the unique artistic expression of each child, openness to current feelings, their diversity in artistic interests and elements of the conscious and unconscious meaning of their work. The goal of the paper is to show the importance of art therapy in working with preschool children for the sake of better understanding of the child, precisely because sometimes it is easier for them to express their thinking, feelings, and see their potential concerns through artistic expression.
