Abstract

Rukomet u predškolskoj dobi igra ključnu ulogu u razvoju motoričkih sposobnosti, timske suradnje i socijalnih vještina kod djece. Kroz prilagođeni mini rukomet, koji koristi manje lopte, kraće terene i manji broj igrača, djeca se na jednostavan i zabavan način uvode u sport, što im olakšava usvajanje osnovnih vještina. Glavne komponente igre, poput trčanja, bacanja i hvatanja lopte, doprinose razvoju koordinacije, ravnoteže i dinamogene sposobnosti očitovanja snage.
Osim tehničkih elemenata, naglašena je važnost stvaranja pozitivnog i podržavajućeg okruženja koje motivira djecu na aktivnost i pomaže u razvijanju ljubavi prema sportu. Mini rukomet, kroz zabavnu i edukativnu igru, priprema djecu za standardni rukomet. Uspješno provođenje ovih aktivnosti u vrtićima zahtijeva odgovarajuće prostorne i materijalne uvjete te educirane odgajatelje i kineziologe koji će djecu podučavati osnovama igre i osigurati sigurno okruženje. Programi trebaju biti prilagođeni dobi djece, uključivati razne igre s loptama i promicati tjelesnu aktivnost.
Dodatno, uključivanje roditelja u aktivnosti može znatno doprinijeti uspjehu programa. Kroz pažljivo strukturirane i prilagođene tjelesne aktivnosti, djeca stječu važne motoričke vještine i razvijaju socijalne kompetencije u sigurnom i motivirajućem okruženju.

Abstract (english)

Handball in preschool age plays a crucial role in the development of children's motor skills, teamwork, and social abilities. Through adapted mini handball, which uses smaller balls, shorter courts, and fewer players, children are introduced to the sport in a simple and enjoyable way, making it easier for them to acquire basic skills. The main components of the game, such as running, throwing, and catching the ball, contribute to the development of coordination, balance, and physical strength.
In addition to the technical aspects, the importance of creating a positive and supportive environment that motivates children to engage in physical activity and fosters a love for sports is emphasized. Mini handball, through fun and educational play, prepares children for standard handball. Successful implementation of these activities in kindergartens requires appropriate spatial and material conditions, as well as trained educators and kinesiologists who will teach children the basics of the game and ensure a safe environment. Programs should be ageappropriate, include various ball games, and promote physical activity.
Additionally, involving parents in activities can significantly contribute to the success of the program. Through carefully structured and adapted physical activities, children acquire important motor skills and develop social competencies in a safe and supportive environment.
