Abstract

Iako nije za očekivati već su se u predškolsko doba počeli primjećivati posturalni problemi koji uglavnom nastaju kao posljedica lošeg držanja tijela, slabe tjelesne muskulature, tjelesne neaktivnosti ili predugog sjedenja. Loše držanje tijela predškolske djece jasan je pokazatelj zdravstvenih problema koji, ukoliko se ne otklone na vrijeme, mogu postati veoma ozbiljni. Od najranijih dana važno je osigurati sustav koji će poticati provođenje preventivnog programa ; ​redovito vježbanje i jačanje mišića ​koje bi osiguralo uvjete za uspravan stav i pravilno držanje tijela. Cjelokupan program treba sadržavati vježbe za prevenciju spuštenog stopala, vježbe za prevenciju skoliotičnog, kifotičnog i lordotičnog držanja. Aktivnosti i sadržaji, koji se odnose na prevenciju posturalnih poremećaja, u predškolskom uzrastu mogu se organizirati u zatvorenom i otvorenom prostoru, pri čemu veliku važnost ima igra. Igra, kao metoda rada s najmlađima korisna je prilikom vježbi za prevenciju lošeg držanja i ima veliki značaj u poticanju razvoja posturalnih refleksa, uspravnog držanja i pravilne ravnoteže. ​Kontinuirano tjelesno vježbanje u predškolsko doba doprinosi ​cjelokupnom zdravom rastu i razvoju djece, a najbolji rezultati se postižu kada se programom vježbanja jasno definiraju ciljevi i zadaci i kada se primjenjuju pravilni metodičko-organizacijski oblici rada.

Abstract (english)

Although it is not to be expected, postural disorders have already been observed in the preschool age and there are several reasons for their occurrence. In fact, postural disorders are the most common disorders diagnosed in this stage of child development. Many of these disorders are caused by poor posture, low muscle tone, lack of physical activity, or prolonged sitting. If not detected and treated in time, poor posture in preschool children may lead to serious health issues. It's important to develop a preventative system from an early age to help children improve their body posture, that would consist of regular physical exercises and muscle toning. The program should include exercises for preventing flat feet, and other exercises for the prevention of scoliosis, kyphosis and lordosis. Activities and exercises for the prevention of postural disorders can be organized both indoors and outdoors. The importance of play should not be neglected in exercising with ​young children as a method of preventing postural disorders. It is highly significant in the development of postural reflexes, good posture, and proper balance. Continuous physical activity in preschool children contributes to healthy development, and the best results are achieved when the goals and activities are clearly defined in exercise programs that consist of the correct methodical and organizational practices.
