Abstract

Cilj ovog rada je istražiti i ispitati nužnost pedagoškog iskustva za vođenje predškolske ustanove. Suvremeno društvo i hirovit razvoj sektora odgoja i obrazovanja doveo je do konfuzije unutar sektora vođenja odgojno-obrazovnih ustanova. Ovaj rad temeljen je na različitim zakonima i pravilnicima koji uređuju sustav odgoja i obrazovanja te koji se bave samim definiranjem i opisivanjem djelatnosti. Pedagogija je usko vezana uz proces odgoja i obrazovanja no zauzima važnu ulogu i po pitanju vođenja odgojno-obrazovnih ustanova. Konfuzija i preplitanje uloga i odgovornosti unutar sektora odgoja i obrazovanja dovodi do problema odlučivanja, vođenja pa samim time i upravljanja ustanovom. Provodi se anketni upitnik na temelju kojeg se ispituje nužnost upoznavanja s pedagoškim radom i upravljanjem da bi poslovanje odgojno-obrazovne ustanove bilo uspješno. U domaćoj literaturi nije istražena važnost područja menadžmenta unutar sektora odgoja i obrazovanja no jasna je činjenica da je sveprisutan te da se na temeljnim elementima vođenja unutar menadžmenta temelji vođenje same odgojno-obrazovne ustanove.

Abstract (english)

The purpuse of this paper is to investigate and examine the necessity of pedagogical experience for preschool institutions. Contemporary society and the unstable development of the education sector led to confusion within the education sector. This work is based on multifarious laws and regulations that prowide regulating the system of education and dealing with self-definition and description of the activity. Pedagogy is closely related to the process of education but also plays an important role in the management of educational institutions. Tumble and interference roles and responsibilities within the education sector leads to problems of decision-making, leadership and thus management of the institution. A questionnaire is conducted based on the necessity of pedagogical experience for lead preschool institutions. Importance of management areas within the education sector has not been investigated, but it is clear that it is ubiquitous and that the basic elements of leadership within the management are based on the leadership of the educational institution itself.
