Abstract

U ovom diplomskom radu govori se o utjecaju dodatne tjelesne aktivnosti, na motoričke sposobnosti učenika primarnog obrazovanja. Djeca mlađe školske dobi sve više svoje slobodno vrijeme provode u aktivnostima koje zahtijevaju minimalnu tjelesnu aktivnost. Ako to promatramo kao problem s kineziološkog stajališta, potrebno je slobodno vrijeme podrediti kretanju i vježbanju jel ono utječe na opće stanje organizma, zdravlje, ali i razvoj sposobnosti i osobina. Istraživanje provedeno u svrhu ovog rada bilo je usmjereno kako bi se utvrdilo na koji način učenici primarnog obrazovanja provode svoje slobodno vrijeme te utječu li njihove dodatne tjelesne aktivnosti na razvoj motoričkih sposobnosti. U istraživanju je sudjelovalo 48 učenika (24 učenika 2. razreda i 24 učenika 4. razreda). Istraživanje je provedeno anketnim upitnikom kako bismo saznali kako učenici provode svoje slobodno vrijeme, a antropološke karakteristike izmjerene su testovima. Prema izmjerenim antropometrijskim karakteristikama i testovima motoričkih sposobnosti, učenički rezultati podijeljeni su na skupine učenika koji vježbaju u slobodno vrijeme i učenika koji ne vježbaju u slobodno vrijeme. Rezultati obiju skupina su uspoređeni kako bismo dobili uvid u razliku njihovih sposobnosti. Rezultati istraživanja pokazali su da je više od 70% učenika uključeno u neki oblik dodatne tjelesne aktivnosti u svoje slobodno vrijeme. Učenici su uključeni u neki sport kojim se bave više puta tjedno, te tako aktivno provode svoje slobodno vrijeme. Međutim, prema dobivenim rezultatima utvrđeno je da ne postoji statistički značajna razlika u antropološkim obilježjima učenika koji svoje slobodno vrijeme provode u tjelesnoj vježbi i učenika koji ne provode slobodno vrijeme vježbajući. Bez obzira na to što nema značajnih razlika, učenici s izvannastavnim aktivnostima postigli su bolje rezultate u većini analiziranih varijabli.

Abstract (english)

This diploma thesis discusses with the impact of extra physical activity on the motor skills of primary education pupils. Younger school children are spending their leisure time in activities that require minimal physical activity. If we look at this as a problem from the kinesiology point of view, it is necessary that leisure time must be subordinated to movement and exercising what affects the general state of the organism, health, but also development of abilities and characteristics. The research carried out in this thesis focuses was conducted to determine how primary school pupils spend their free time and can their extra physical activity affect on the motor skills. The sample consisted 48 students (24 students in the 2nd grade and 24 students in fourth grade) participated in the research. The survey was conducted with a survey questionnaire to find out how students spend their free time, and anthropological characteristics were measured by tests. According to the measured anthropometric characteristics and the tests of motor skills, the student's results are divided into groups of students who practice in their leisure time and students who do not practice in leisure time. The results of both groups were compared to get an insight into the difference between their abilities. Research results have shown that more than 70% of students are involved in some form of additional physical activity in their free time. Pupils are involved in a sport that they deal with several times a week, so they spend their free time actively. However, according to the obtained results, there is no statistically significant difference in the anthropological characteristics of the students who spend their free time in physical exercises and those who do not spend their free time practicing. Despite the fact that there are no significant differences, extracurricular students have achieved better results in most analyzed variables.
