Abstract

Tema ovog rada dotiče se pristupa plesnih pedagoga u radu s djecom školske dobi, a u središte postavlja potrebe djece, iskustvo koje plesni pedagozi djeci omogućuju i odgojno-obrazovni proces usmjeren holističkom razvoju djeteta. Odgovara na pitanje prvenstveno kako plesni pedagozi poučavaju, a onda i što poučavaju. Odgovor na pitanje kako uključuje spoznaje o kreiranju sata te spoznaje o metodama i strategijama kojima se sadržaj poučavanja prilagođava i poprima oblik koji će najbolje uključiti djecu u iskustvo izvođenja, kreiranja i uvažavanja jezika plesa. Prvi dio rada pojašnjava procese učenja i poučavanja iz pedagoških i psiholoških teorijskih podloga: teorije učenja, metode poučavanja, analiza pokreta te planiranje satova, a zatim se prema postavljenoj teorijskoj razradi evaluira rad troje plesnih pedagoginja s dugogodišnjim pedagoškim djelovanjem.

Abstract (english)

The topic of this paper deals with the approaches of dance teachers in working with school children, and at the center places the needs of children, the experience that dance teachers provide, and also an educational process directed towards the holistic development of the child. It answers the question first and foremost how the dance teachers teach, and then what they teach. The answer to the question how includes knowledge of how to create a lesson and an understanding of the methods and strategies that adjust the content of the lesson to a form that will best involve children in the experience of dancing, dance making, and dance appreciation. The first part of the paper explains the process of learning and teaching from pedagogical and psychological theoretical backgrounds: theories of learning, teaching methods, movement analysis and lesson planning, and then, according to established theoretical elaboration, evaluates the work of three dance teachers with rich pedagogical activities.
