Abstract

Djetinjstvo je period ispunjen igrom i potrebom za kretanjem. Svaki oblik kretanja ima pozitivan utjecaj na djetetov antropološki status. S obzirom da je zbog današnjeg načina života došlo do smanjenja kretanja djece, javljaju se brojni problemi između kojih je djetetova „nesposobnost“ održavanja ravnoteže. Kroz istraživanja i svakodnevni rad, primijećeno je kako se na toj motoričkoj sposobnosti stavlja najmanje naglasak. Stoga, svrha i cilj ovog rada je mjerenjem ravnoteže kao motoričke sposobnosti kod djece u dobi od 4-5 godine života utvrditi koji je test najpouzdaniji i primjeren za rad odgajatelja u njihovoj odgojno obrazovnoj skupini. U istraživanju je sudjelovalo 30 djece, od toga 16 dječaka i 14 djevojčica u dobi od 4 do 5 godina starosti točnije od 3,9 do 5,3 godina iz dječjeg vrtića Srednjaci u Zagrebu. Mjerenja su provedena kroz tri testa: stajanje jednom nogom na kocki (MRSK), stajanje na jednoj nozi uzdužno na klupici za ravnotežu (MRDR) i stajanje na jednoj nozi na ravnoj podlozi (MRRP). Dobiveni podaci testova obrađeni su deskriptivnim parametrima kao što su aritmetička sredina, standardna devijacija, minimalni i maksimalni rezultat, koeficijent asimetrije i zakrivljenost. Normalitet distribucije testiran je Kolmogorov-Smirovljevim testom, a provjerene su i metrijske karakteristike svakog testa kroz 5 osnovna parametra (objektivnost, osjetljivost, homogenost, pouzdanost i valjanost). Analiza podataka obrađivala se bez outliera – oni koji svojim rezultatima jako odstupaju od većine kako bi se dobili pouzdaniji rezultati. Analizom podataka zaključilo se kako su testovi MRRP, MRSK i MRDR na ovom broju ispitanika nepouzdani i nisu u potpunosti primjereni za djecu u dobi od 4-5 godina starosti. Kako bi sa sigurnošću mogli potvrditi da li su primjereni potrebno je testove ponoviti na većem uzorku ispitanika.

Abstract (english)

Childhood is a period filled with play and need for movement. Every form of movement has a positive impact on the child's anthropological status. Considering that because of today's way of life there has been a decrease in the movement of children, there are numerous problems among which the child's "inability" to maintain a balance. Through research and everyday work, it was noted that the least emphasis was placed on this motoring ability. Therefore, the purpose and goal of this paper is to measure the balance in children aged 4-5 years to determine which test is most reliable for the work of the educator in their educational group. The study involved 30 children, of which 16 boys and 14 girls aged 4 to 5 years, respectively, from 3.9 to 5.3 years old from the kindergarten Srednjaci in Zagreb. The measurements were carried out through three tests: standing with one leg on the cube (MRSK), standing on one leg long on the balance bar (MRDR) and standing on one foot on a flat surface (MRRP). The obtained test data were processed with descriptive parameters such as arithmetic mean, standard deviation, minimum and maximum score, asymmetry coefficient and curvature. The distribution regularity was tested with Kolmogorov-Smirov's test, and the metric characteristics of each test were tested through 5 basic parameters (objectivity, sensitivity, homogeneity, reliability and validity). Data analysis was processed without outliers - children whose results are very different from the majority in order to get more reliable results. Data analysis concluded that the MRRP, MRSKs and MRDRs in this number of respondents are unreliable and not fully appropriate for children aged 4-5. In order to confirm with certainty whether they are appropriate, it is necessary to repeat the tests on a larger sample of respondents.
