Abstract

Kroz prošlost, pa sve do sadašnjosti i vjerojatno budućnosti, glazba je i bit će
neizostavni dio ljudskog života. Ona neizravno utječe na ljudski organizam u raznim
područjima, npr. psihološkom, kognitivnom, fizičkom, socijalnom. Stoga, nije ni čudo što je
glazba dobila svoje mjesto u liječenju, poticanju razvoja sposobnosti, prevenciji nekih bolesti
i slično. Njen utjecaj mogao bi se protumačiti kao „čaroban“, a primjena svestrana. Terapija
glazbom, kod djece s posebnim potrebama, ima posebnu vrijednost. Ne samo što povoljno
utječe na poboljšanje njihovih razvojnih oštećenja, nego i pomaže djeci da uživaju u životu.
Osigurava im osjećaj prihvaćenosti i ravnopravnosti, što je velika posebnost korištenja glazbe
u terapijske svrhe.
Ovaj rad pisan je s ciljem da se istraži kakav utjecaj ima glazba kao oblik terapije u
ranoj životnoj dobi. Nadalje, željelo se proširiti znanje o utjecaju glazbe na organizam djece
te načine primjene njenih prednosti kod djece. U prvom dijelu opisuje se važnost glazbe, njen
utjecaj na organizam te utjecaj glazbe na djecu. Drugim dijelom rada objašnjava se pojam
muzikoterapije te njena primjena u praksi u radu s djecom. Navedene su neke terapije te način
kako muzikoterapija koristi kod djece s posebnim potrebama.

Abstract (english)

Through the past, all the way to the present, and probably the future, music is and will
be an indispensable part of human life. It indirectly affects the human body in various areas,
for example, psychological, cognitive, physical, social. Therefore, it is no wonder that music
has gained its place in healing, encouraging the development of abilities, prevention of some
diseases, and similar. Its influence could be interpreted as „magical“, and its application
versatile. Music therapy, in children with special needs, has a special value. Not only does it
have a beneficial effect on improving their development impairment, but it also helps children
enjoy life. It provides them with a sense of acceptance and equality, which is a great specialty
of using music for therapeutic purposes. This paper is written to exploring the impact of music
as a form of therapy at an early age. Furthermore, the aim was to expand knowledge about the
impact of music on the body of children and ways to apply its benefits to children. The first
part describes the importance of music, its impact on the body, and the impact of music on
children. The second part of the paper explains the concept of music therapy and its
application in practice in working with children. Some therapies and the way music therapy is
used in children with special needs are listed.
