| Abstract | Traumatski događaji poput prirodnih nepogoda čest su uzrok stresa i promjena u ponašanju djeteta. Škola je odmah nakon obiteljskog doma mjesto u kojem djeca provode najviše vremena, stoga se na učitelja stavlja velika odgovornost. On postaje prva osoba unutar odgojno-obrazovne institucije koja stoji na mjestu obrane djeteta od negativnih učinaka traumatskog događaja i stresa. U školama se provode različite aktivnosti koje su usmjerene na pružanje podrške djetetu, oslobađanje od tjeskobe i umirivanje pomoću različitih ekspresivnih tehnika od kojih je jedna i biblioterapija. Biblioterapiji pripadaju i terapijske priče koje bi se zbog pozitivnih utjecaja na djecu, opsega koji je optimalan zbog vremenskih okvira nastave, ali i zadovoljenja samih ciljeva nastave, bilo najbolje koristiti na nastavi književnosti. Svaka priča ima potencijal da bude terapijska, no za razliku od ostalih priča, one prave terapijske prikazuju konkretnu životnu situaciju djeteta, pisane su za točno određeno dijete ili za grupu djece i najčešće su prerade klasičnih bajki. Istraživanje provedeno za potrebe ovog rada pokazuje da je od svukupno sto učitelja, više od polovice njih primijetilo povećani strah i zabrinutost kod učenika vezan uz potres, ali da to ne utječe na njihov školski uspjeh. Iz njihovih odgovora, vidljivo je i da većina učenika želi ispričati svoja negativna životna iskustva vezana uz traumatski događaj. Rezultati istraživanja pokazali su i da se samo polovica ispitanika osjeća dovoljno upućenima u to kako raditi s djecom dok se javljaju potresi te da je najviši postotak onih koji nisu sigurni u to poznaju li strategije koje bi im omogućile rad s djecom koja su doživjela traumu. Odgovori ispitanika ukazali su na to da je termin „terapijska priča“ relativno nov jer gotovo polovica učitelja nije upoznata s njim, ali iz njih je vidljivo i da oni na nastavi uglavnom koriste postupke protiv negativnih učinaka stresa koji se mogu pronaći i u literaturi. |
| Abstract (english) | Traumatic events such as natural disasters are a common cause of stress and changes in a child’s behavior. School is, right after the family home, the place where children spend most of their time so a great responsibility is placed on the teacher. They become the first person within the educational institution to shield the child from the negative effect of a traumatic event and stress. In schools, various activities are being conducted in order to give support, relieve anxiety and calm children, using different expressive techniques, one of which is bibliotherapy. Bibliotherapy also includes therapeutic stories that, due to their positive effects on children, the range optimal for the teaching time frame, as well as achieving the goals of teaching, are best used in teaching literature. Each story has the potential to be therapeutic, but unlike other stories, the true therapeutic ones depict a child's specific life situation, written for a specific child or group of children, and are most often adaptations of classic fairy tales. Research conducted for the purposes of this paper shows that out of a total of one hundred teachers, more than half of them noticed increased fear and anxiety in students related to the earthquake, but that this did not affect their school success. From their answers, it is also evident that most students want to tell their negative life experiences related to the traumatic event. The results of the survey also showed that only half of the respondents feel sufficiently informed about how to work with children during earthquakes and that the highest percentage of those are unsure about strategies that would allow them to work with children who have experienced trauma. Respondents' answers indicated that the term "therapeutic story" is relatively new because almost half of teachers are unfamiliar with it, but it is also evident that they mostly use activities to fight negative effects of stress which can be found in the literature. |
