Abstract Svaka je škola i razred jedinstven socijalni ambijent u kojem učitelji, učenici i roditelji stječu mnogostruka socijalna iskustva, a učenici stječu i različite kompetentnosti. Ključnim obilježjem društvenog okružja i ustanove u kojoj se učenici kreću, tj. škole i razreda, sve se više smatra razredno-nastavno ozračje. Ono označava poprilično trajnu kvalitetu odnosa subjekata koji sudjeluju u nastavnom procesu, a pritom se najčešće misli na učitelje i učenike. Razredno-nastavno ozračje u nastavi matematike obuhvaća cijeli niz obrazovnih elemenata, od fizičkog okruženja do psihološkog ozračja koje je kreirano kroz socijalne kontekste, kao i brojne komponente povezane s karakteristikama učitelja i njihovim ponašanjem. Ovaj rad bavi se pregledom teorijske literature koja obrađuje pojam razredno-nastavno ozračje i njegove elemente te obilježja elemenata razredno-nastavnog ozračja u nastavi matematike, ali se bavi i istraživanjem uloge i obilježja elemenata razredno-nastavnog ozračja u nastavi matematike.
U istraživanju, koje je provedeno u razdoblju od listopada 2019. do svibnja 2020. godine na području grada Zagreba, sudjelovali su učenici/učenice koji su do trenutka provođenja istraživanja uspješno prošli dva, odnosno tri razreda osnovne škole. Istraživanjem se željela ispitati uloga i obilježje elemenata razredno-nastavnog ozračja u nastavi matematike, operacionaliziranog kroz dimenzije odnosa, dimenzije osobnog razvoja ili orijentacije prema cilju te dimenzije održavanja i promjene sustava u nastavi matematike. Rezultati istraživanja ukazuju stariji ispitanici procjenjuju slabiju kvalitetu razredno-nastavnog ozračja u nastavi matematike u odnosu na njihove mlađe kolege, pri čemu nisu utvrđene spolne razlike sudionika istraživanja.
Abstract (english) Each school and classroom is a unique social environment in which teachers, students and parents gain multiple social experiences, and students also acquire different competencies. The key feature of the social environment and the institution in which students move, i.e. of the school and the class, is increasingly considered to be the classroom-teaching atmosphere. It indicates a fairly lasting quality of the relationship between the subjects involved in the teaching process, which most often refers to teachers and students. The classroom-teaching atmosphere in mathematics teaching encompasses a whole range of educational elements, from the physical environment to the psychological atmosphere created through social contexts, as well as a number of components related to teacher characteristics and their behavior.
This paper deals with a review of theoretical literature that deals with the concept of classroom-teaching atmosphere and its elements and characteristics of elements of classroom-teaching atmosphere in mathematics teaching, but also investigates the role and characteristics of elements of classroom-teaching atmosphere in mathematics teaching.
The research, which was conducted in the period from October 2019 to May 2020 in the city of Zagreb, involved students who had successfully passed two or three grades of primary school by the time the research was conducted. The research aimed to examine the role and characteristics of the elements of the classroom-teaching atmosphere in mathematics teaching, operationalized through the dimensions of relationships, dimensions of personal development or goal orientation and the dimensions of maintaining and changing systems in mathematics teaching. The results of the research indicate that the older respondents evaluate the poorer quality of the classroom-teaching atmosphere in the teaching of mathematics in relation to their younger colleagues, while the gender differences of the research participants were not determined.
