Abstract

Tema ovog diplomskog rada je roditeljstvo tijekom studiranja. U sklopu diplomskog rada provedeno je istraživanje tijekom lipnja i srpnja 2020. godine na uzorku od deset studentica majka iz različitih dijelova Hrvatske, starosti 18 do 26 godina. Istraživačka metoda kojom su ispitani sudionici je polustrukturirani intervju koji se sastojao od 15 pitanja otvorenog i zatvorenog tipa. Cilj istraživanja je ispitati doživljaj roditeljstva tijekom studija koristeći Bronfenbrennerovu teoriju ekoloških sustava kao okvir. Očekuje se da će studentice navoditi da su se najviše pouzdale u pomoć osoba iz mikrosustava, dok će rjeđe spominjati egzosustav te najmanje makrosustav. Također se očekuje da što su više iz različitih sustava doživjele pomoći, to su studentice zadovoljnije majčinstvom. Rezultati dobiveni ovim istraživanjem potvrđuju postavljene hipoteze: ispitanicama su najviše pomoći i podrške pružile bliske osobe, točnije osobe iz mikrosustava, a ispitanice koje su imale podršku, razumijevanje i pomoć ne samo mikrosustava, već i egzosustava i makrosustava, zadovoljnije su majčinstvom.

Abstract (english)

The topic of this Master's Thesis is parenting while studying. As part of the Master's Thesis, a survey was conducted during June and July 2020 on a sample of ten female students from different parts of Croatia, aged 18 to 26 years. The research method used to examine the participants was a semi-structured interview consisting of 15 open-ended and closed-ended questions. The aim of the research is to examine the experience of parenting during studies using Bronfenbrenner’s theory of ecosystems as a framework. It is expected that female students will state that they relied the most on the help of people from the microsystem, while they will rarely state the exosystem and at least the macrosystem. It is also expected that the more help experienced from different systems, the more satisfied students are with motherhood. The results obtained by this research confirm the hypotheses: the respondents were mostly helped and supported by close people, more precisely people from microsystems, and respondents who had support, understanding and help not only microsystems, but also exosystems and macrosystems, are more satisfied with motherhood.
