Abstract

Tema ovog diplomskog rada je istraţivanje percepcije uloge ravnatelja predškolske ustanove iz perspektive studenata. U teorijskom dijelu rada objašnjene su sve važnosti vezane uz upravljanje predškolskom ustanovom. U nastavku su definirane specifičnosti rukovodećeg kadra, odnosno, tko sve čini rukovodeći kadar ovisno o razini školovanja i na koji način se moţe postati dijelom rukovodećeg kadra u odgoju obrazovanja. Na kraju, u zadnjem teorijskom dijelu rada objašnjene su uloge ravnatelja, potrebne kompetencije i njegov sustav obrazovanja. Nadalje, u radu je provedeno i istraţivanje u kojem su sudjelovali studenti Preddiplomskog i Diplomskog studija ranog i predškolskog odgoja i obrazovanja. Istraţivanje je poslužilo kako bi se dokazali stavovi, mišljenja i pretpostavke studenata o ulozi i funkcijama, kao i o osobinama ravnatelja.

Abstract (english)

The topic of this thesis is students perception of the preschool headmaster (director of a preschool institution) and of his role in the institution. The first theoretical part of the paper explains all the important things related to the management of a preschool institution. The specifics of the management staff are defined below that - who makes up the management staff depending on the level of education and how they can become part of the same management. Finally, in the last theoretical part, the necessary competencies and an education of the headmaster are fully explained. Furthermore, a study was conducted in which undergraduate and graduate students of Early Childhood and Preschool Education participated. The research served to prove the student attitudes, opinions and assumptions about the role and fuctions, as well as about the characteristics of the principal.
