Abstract

Glazba je prisutna u svakodnevnom životu djece te samim time mnogo utječe na njihov razvoj. U radu se razmatra utjecaj glazbenih aktivnosti na cjelovit razvoj djece predškolske dobi. U svrhu toga objašnjene su glazbene aktivnosti te njihov utjecaj na pojedina područja razvoja. Dijete se isprva susreće s glazbom na ˝pasivan način“, a tek kasnije postupno počinje aktivno sudjelovati u glazbenim aktivnostima. Glazbene aktivnosti poput pjevanja, sviranja, glazbeno – pokretnih igara te slušanja glazbe glavna su sredstva glazbenog odgoja te upravo one utječu na dječji razvoj. One bi trebale biti dio svakodnevnice u predškolskim ustanovama. Kroz glazbene aktivnosti djeca razvijaju sva područja razvoja pa tako primjerice glazba utječe na bogaćenje rječnika, izražavanje osjećaja, razvoj koncentracije, bolje pamćenje te na finu motoriku i koordinaciju oko – ruka. Ističe se i važnost glazbe za djecu te uloga odgojitelja. Danas većina djece u vrtiću provodi većinski dio dana. Upravo iz tog razloga odgojitelji imaju vrlo važnu ulogu u djetetovom glazbenom razvoju – moraju se dodatno angažirati, organizirati te znati pravilno rasporediti svoje vrijeme. Odgojitelj je taj koji djetetu treba osigurati kvalitetnu glazbenu okolinu u vrtiću te kvalitetne glazbene aktivnosti pomoću kojih dijete razvija svoj glazbeni ukus i interes. Također se navode primjeri glazbenih aktivnosti kojima možemo utjecati na pojedina područja razvoja.

Abstract (english)

Music is present in the daily lives of children and thus has a great influence on their development. The paper discusses the impact of musical activities on the overall development of preschool children. For this purpose, music activities and their impact on individual areas of development are explained. The child first encounters music in a "passive way" and later gradually begins to actively participate in musical activities. Musical activities such as singing, playing, music - moving games and listening to music are the main means of music education and they affect children's development. They should be part of everyday life in preschools. Through musical activities, children develop all areas of development, for example, music affects the enrichment of vocabulary, expression of feelings, development of concentration, better memory, fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination. The importance of music for children and the role of educators are also emphasized. Today, most children spend most of the day in kindergarten. It is for this reason that educators have a very important role in the child's musical development - they must be additionally engaged, organized, and know how to properly allocate their time. It is the educator who should provide the child with a quality musical environment in kindergarten and quality music activities through which the child develops his musical taste and interest. Examples of music activities that can influence certain areas of development are also listed in this paper.
