Abstract

Niska razina tjelesne aktivnosti djece i odraslih rezultat je sedentarnog stila života u 21.stoljeću,te tehnološke ovisnosti. Djeca sve više svoje slobodno vrijeme ispunjavaju aktivnostima i sadržajima koje iziskuju minimalan ili nikakav tjelesni napor. Ovaj završni rad govori o kineziološkim aktivnostima te slobodnom vremenu djece predškolske dobi. U početku rada opisana je kineziološka aktivnost te se naglašava njezina važnost, ujedno se navodi igra kao jedna od osnovnih aktivnosti kojom djece predškolske dobi ispunjavaju svoje slobodno vrijeme. U nastavku rada opisano je slobodno vrijeme kao pojam, povijesni aspekti slobodnog vremena, vrijeme kao pedagoška kategorija te aktivnosti kojima se djeca bave u slobodno vrijeme, naglašava se važnost kinezioloških aktivnosti i njenim participiranju u slobodnom vremenu. U radu su dalje navedena razna istraživanja o slobodnom vremenu i tjelesnim aktivnostima kod nas i u svijetu. Istraživanjima je utvrđeno između ostalog da spol i dob utječe na izbor provedbe slobodnog vremena i sudjelovanje u raznim kineziološkim aktivnostima. Iz jedne provedene ankete vidljivo je da se djevojčice manje bave sportom nego dječaci, a time i manje vježbaju i treniraju, dok dječaci znatno dulje igraju igrice na računalu. Koliko je slobodno vrijeme bitan aspekt u razvoju djece govori i Kovencija o pravima djece i njihovog slobodnog vremena. Na kraju rada su opisani programi za poticanje uključivanja djece u kineziološke aktivnosti. Tokom cijelog rada se nastoji naglasiti važnost što ranijeg poticanja djece na kineziološke aktivnosti koje imaju pozitivan utjecaj na cjelokupan djetetov rast i razvoj te stvaraju dobar temelj za nastavkom bavljenja sportom i u kasnijoj životnoj dobi. Roditelji i obitelj bi djeci trebali osigurati mogućnost bavljenja raznim kineziološkim aktivnostima te im dati na izbor sadržaje u kojima će dijete uživati i koji će mu kvalitetno ispuniti slobodno vrijeme.

Abstract (english)

Low levels of physical activity for children and adults is the result of sedentary lifestyle in the 21st century, and technological dependency.This final work speaks of kinesiology activities an leisure time of preschool children.In the beginning of the work is described kinesiology and emphasizes its importance,also referred to the game as one of the main activities that preschool children fulfill their free time. The following work has been described as a leisure concept, historical aspects of free time, time as a pedagogical category,and activities that children engaged in free time,stresses the importance of kinetic activities and sports in their free time.In work further listed research on leisure and physical activities at home an abroad. The research showed among other things that the gender and age influence the choice of the implementation of free time and participation in various kinesiological activities. One of the survey shows that the girls involved in sports less than boys, and therefore less exercise and training, while the boys much longer playing computer games. How much free time is an essential aspect in the development of guidelines of children talking and Konventions on children's rights and their free time. At the end of the work described programs to encourage the involvement of children in kinesiology. Throughout the work seeks to highlight the importance of early stimulation of children to kinesiology activities that have a positive impact on a child's overall growth and development and create a good basis for the continuation of sports and in later life. Parents and family to children should provide for the possibility of practicing various kinesiological activities and give them the choice of facilities in which the child will enjoy and that will fulfill his quality leisure time.
