Abstract

Cilj je ovog završnog rada uvidjeti kakvi su radni uvjeti za provođenje kinezioloških aktivnosti u predškolskim ustanovama te istražiti neke kompetencije odgojitelja u tom području. U radu je objašnjeno koje su vrste kinezioloških aktivnosti u ranom i predškolskom odgoju i obrazovanju, uloge odgojitelja, kako se oni pripremaju za vođenje sata tjelesne i zdravstvene kulture te koja su njihova profesionalna obilježja i kompetencije. Na kvalitetu provođenja sata tjelesne i zdravstvene kulture uvelike utječu i materijalni uvjeti odgojno-obrazovnog objekta. Stoga je u ovom radu objašnjeno kakvi su materijalni uvjeti rada, prostori i oprema za provođenje kinezioloških aktivnosti te održavanje njihove higijene.
U svrhu pisanja ovog završnog rada provedeno je istraživanju na uzorku od 264 ispitanika u kojem je ispitano kakvi su materijalni uvjeti u kojem ispitanici rade, kakve su vrtićke sportske površine, sportski rekviziti te kompetentnost ispitanika na području kinezioloških aktivnosti.
U provedenom istraživanju najveći broj ispitanika tvrdi kako njihov vrtić ima vlastite sportske površine koje su premale u odnosu na broj djece, također najviše ispitanika smatra kako je njihov vrtić dobro opremljen sportskim rekvizitima. Rezultati su pokazali kako ispitanici većinom shvaćaju važnost zdravstvenih aspekata tjelesnog vježbanja, poznavanja kineziološke metodike i metodičkih postupaka te da je većina njih sposobna procijeniti vlastiti pedagoški rad u ovom području.

Abstract (english)

The goal of this final paper is to see what the working conditions are for the implementation of kinesiology activities in preschool institutions and to investigate some competencies of educators in that area. The paper explains what types of kinesiology activities there are in early and preschool education, the role of educators, how they prepare to lead a physical and health education class, and what their professional characteristics and competencies are. The quality of the physical and health education class is greatly influenced by the material conditions of the educational facility. Therefore, this paper explains the material working conditions, spaces and equipment for conducting kinesiology activities and maintaining their hygiene.
For the purpose of writing this final paper, a survey was conducted on a sample of 264 respondents in which the material conditions in which the respondents work, the kind of kindergarten sports surfaces, sports props and the competence of the respondents in the field of kinesiology activities were examined.
In the conducted research, the largest number of respondents claim that their kindergarten has its own sports areas that are too small in relation to the number of children, and most respondents also believe that their kindergarten is well equipped with sports equipment. The results showed that most respondents understand the importance of health aspects of physical exercise, knowledge of kinesiology methodology and methodical procedures, and that most of them are able to evaluate their own pedagogical work in this area.
