Abstract

Glavni cilj ovog rada bio je istražiti postoje li razlike u motoričkim sposobnostima djece predškolske dobi s obzirom na spol. Djeca koja su sudjelovala u testiranju motoričkih sposobnosti polaznici su Dječjeg vrtića Petrinjčica u Petrinji. U istraživanju je sudjelovalo sveukupno 60 djece predškolske dobi (30 djevojčica i 30 dječaka). Kako bi se prikupili što objektivniji i točniji podaci motoričkih sposobnosti djece predškolske dobi kao instrument istraživanja koristilo se testiranje. Ispitanici su mjereni kroz šest varijabli namijenjenih za procjenu motoričkih sposobnosti: repetitivna snaga, brzina kretanja, koordinacija, ravnoteža, fleksibilnost i agilnost. Sposobnosti su mjerene pomoću sljedećih testova: podizanje trupa(30s)/MPT, trčanje 10 metara/MBT10, prenošenje mlatića/MKPM, stajanje jednom nogom na kocki/MRJNK, pretklon trupa/MFSR i koraci u stranu/MKUS. Dobiveni podaci svake vježbe nakon testiranja obrađeni su putem deskriptivne analize i proveden je t-test. Rezultati testiranja prikazani su tablično (zasebno za dječake i djevojčice). Prikupljeni rezultati potvrđuju da razlika postoji u pojedinim vježbama MPT, MBT10, MKPM, MRJNK, MFSR i MKUS između djevojčica i dječaka kao i u motoričkim sposobnostima. Na temelju toga može se zaključiti prihvaćanje postavljenje hipoteze „Motoričke sposobnosti djece predškolske dobi razlikuju se s obzirom na spol.“

Abstract (english)

The main goal of this study was to investigate whether there are differences in motor skills among preschool-age children based on gender. The children who participated in the motor skills testing were attendees of the Petrinjčica Kindergarten in Petrinja. A total of 60 preschool-age children participated in the research (30 girls and 30 boys). In order to collect objective and accurate data on the motor skills of preschool-age children, testing was used as the research instrument. The participants were assessed through six variables intended for evaluating motor skills: repetitive strength, speed of movement, coordination, balance, flexibility, and agility. The abilities were measured using the following tests: sit-ups (30s)/MPT, running 10 meters/MBT10, hammer throw/MKPM, standing on one leg on a block/MRJNK, forward bend/MFSR, and side steps/MKUS. The data obtained from each exercise after testing were processed through descriptive analysis and the t-value was conducted. The test results were presented in tables (separately for boys and girls). The collected results confirm that there is a difference in individual exercises (MPT, MBT10, MKPM, MRJNK, MFSR, and MKUS) between girls and boys, as well as in motor skills. Based on this, it can be concluded that hypothese is accepted "Motor skills of preschool-age children differ with regard to gender.
