Abstract U ovome diplomskom radu govori se o pripovijedanju priča uz pomoć digitalnih medija u odgojno-obrazovnom radu u ustanovama predškolskog odgoja. Uvodna poglavlja razjašnjavaju osnovne termine kao što je pripovijedanje i medij. Nadalje, digitalni mediji u suvremenom odgojno-obrazovnom sustavu obuhvaćaju digitalne kompetencije i medijsku pismenost kojima žele osposobiti djecu i odrasle za aktivno sudjelovanje u današnjoj sferi digitalnog svijeta. Interaktivnost, multimedijalnost i hipertekst kao glavna obilježja digitalnih medija nude potporne stupove digitalnim djelima. Tumači se neistraženi potencijal tržišta na kojem se nalazi široki spektar umjetničkih djela elektroničke književnosti. Manjak informiranih roditelja, nastavnika i odgojitelja potiče na medijsko opismenjavanje odraslih, ali i djece od malih nogu putem odgojno-obrazovnog procesa počevši od predškolskih ustanova. Kako bi promocija kvalitetnih digitalnih književnih djela među mlađim čitateljima bila uspješna potrebno je upoznati se sa digitalnom tj. elektroničkom književnošću i svim njezinim blagodatima. Drugi dio rada prati književnost koja prati novitete suvremenoga doba, pripovijedanje uz pomoć digitalnih medija. Usmena književnost pojavom pisma bivala je zapisana, i tako nastaje pisana književnost koja se pojavom tiskarskog stroja osuvremenila. Pojavom digitalnih, sad već masovnih medija pismena književnost osuvremenila se kroz druge oblike; reprodukcijom pomoću digitalnih medija poput televizije, radio uređaja, računala i interneta. Čitanje ne izumire, već mijenja svoj oblik, svoje „ruho“. U tom ruhu postoji nekoliko oblika digitalnog pripovijedanja kao što su: zvučna priča, sounscape (zvučni pejzaž), pripovijedanje slikama i interaktivna priča. Kroz te istoimene oblike prikazano je nekoliko primjera iz vrtićke prakse pripovijedanja priča uz pomoć digitalnih medija u uvjetima predškolskoga odgoja.
Abstract (english) This thesis deals with storytelling with the help of digital media in educational work in institutions for preschool education. The introductory chapters clarify basic terms such as narration and medium. Furthermore, digital media in the contemporary educational system encompasses digital competences and media literacy that wants to enable children and adults to actively participate in today's sphere of the digital world. Interactivity, multimedia and hypertext as the main features of digital media offer a supporting structure for digital works. The unexplored market potential of a wide range of works of digital literature is interpreted. The lack of informed parents, teachers, and educators encourages the media literacy of adults, but also children from a young age through the educational process starting from preschool institutions. In order to promote the quality digital literary works among the younger readers, it is necessary to get acquainted with digital i.e. digital literature and all its benefits. The second part of this thesis follows the literature that follows the novelties of the modern age, storytelling with the help of digital media. With the appearance of a letter oral literature was written down, and so it became a written literature that was modernized with the appearance of a printing machine. With the emergence of digital, now mass media, written literature has been upgraded through other forms; reproduced using digital media such as television, radio, computer, and the Internet. Reading does not vanish but changes its form. There are several forms of digital storytelling such as sound tale, soundscape, story-telling, and interactive story. Through these same forms, some examples of storytelling with help of digital media from the preschool education practice are presented.
