Abstract | Odgoj je proces kojim se izgrađuju pozitivne osobine ličnosti, a u uskoj vezi s njim je i proces obrazovanja kojim se stječu znanja, vještine, umijeća i navike. Jedan od sustava obrazovanja je i predškolski odgoj kojim su obuhvaćena djeca od 6 mjeseci starosti do polaska u školi. Ustanove predškolskog odgoja su dječji vrtići, a njihovi nositelji su odgojitelji i cilj im je pripremiti dijete za polazak u osnovnu školu. Kao u svakom poslovanju, tako je i u poslovanju odgojno-obrazovnih ustanova važna motiviranost zaposlenika za rad i timski rad, kako bi poslovanje bilo uspješno, ali i zaposlenici zadovoljni poslom. Uspjeh svake organizacije ovisi o kvaliteti vođenja, a uspješno vođenje ovisi o osobinama rukovoditelja. Oni trebaju biti aktivni, znati motivirati, usmjeravati, odlučivati, postupati sa sukobima, znati razgovarati, biti izdržljivi. Važno je da postoji jasna vizija i sustav vrijednosti u radu, a potrebno je i postaviti jasne ciljeve jer samo tako rad ima smisla. Kod motiviranja zaposlenika računa se mora voditi o njihovim potrebama, oni žele biti materijalno zbrinuti, sigurni, prihvaćeni, priznati, vrijediti, napredovati i imati dobre odnose s drugim zaposlenicima. |
Abstract (english) | Upbringing is a process that builds positive personality traits and the process of education, by which we obtain certain knowledge, skills, arts and habits, is closely related to it. One of the educational systems is also preschool education, which encompasses children aged from six months to primary school starters. Institutions of preschool education are kindergartens and the preschool teachers are the ones that must follow through the process of preparing a child for primary schooling. As well as in any business, the educational one is also the one in which employees motivation and team work is essential, in order to have a successfull management and satisfied employees’. The success of any organization depends on management ‘s quality and successfull management depends on manager ‘s traits. Managers are supposed to be active, good motivators, able to give guidance and make decisions, manage conflicts, be good communicators as well as be enduring. It is important that there is a clear vision and system of values in work and it is also necessary to set clear goals, because only by doing so will work make sense. In order to motivate employees, one must consider their needs; they want to be financially secured, safe, accepted and acknowledged, have sense of own worth, be able to progress and have good relations with other employees. |
