Abstract

Cilj istraživanja bio je utvrditi efekte procesa vježbanja kod djece predškolske dobi koji je usmjeren na usavršavanje preciznosti gađanja cilja rukom i nogom. Istraživanje je provedeno na uzorku od 60 ispitanika (27 djevojčica i 33 dječaka) u dječjem vrtiću u Zagrebu, u dobi od 5.5 do 6.5 godina, koji su bili podijeljeni u eksperimentalnu (N=39) i kontrolnu (N=21) skupinu. Efekti procesa vježbanja provjereni su pomoću dva mjerna instrumenta, i to gađanjem mete rukom i gađanjem mete nogom. Dobiveni rezultati pokazali su da je proces vježbanja utjecao na razvoj preciznosti, ali ne značajno, što objašnjava činjenica kako preciznost za sebe veže složena motorička znanja i vještine.

Abstract (english)

The goal of this research was to establish the effects of exercise process of pre school children which is aimed at improving the precision of target shooting by hand and foot. The research is carried out on a sample of 60 respondents (27 girls and 33 boys) in kindergarden in Zagreb at age from 5.5 to 6.5 who were divided in experimental (N=39) and control (N=21) group. The effects of exercise process were checked by target shooting by hand and target shooting by foot. The gain results showed that the exercise process affected on the development of precision, but not significantly which explains the fact that precision binds to complex motor skills and skills.
